Frequently Asked Questions

Before you begin coaching.

A few answers to help you understand the process and decide whether this work is the right fit for you.

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a supportive and goal-focused process that helps you better understand yourself, overcome emotional and mental blocks, and create healthier patterns in your life.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy are different. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and deeply processing past trauma. Coaching focuses more on personal growth, mindset, self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence, and helping you move forward in your life.

While my background in psychology and mental health support helps me understand emotional struggles deeply, my coaching is not a replacement for therapy or professional mental health treatment.

What happens during a coaching session?

Each session is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free conversation focused on your personal growth. Together, we explore your current challenges, thought patterns, emotional blocks, goals, and action steps that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Sessions are held online for flexibility and comfort.

How long are the sessions?

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long.

How often do we meet?

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly depending on their needs, goals, and schedule.
